Attorney Kevin Guerrero
Kevin Guerrero is a South Florida native providing a refreshing approach to the practice of law to all current and future clients. As an attorney that represents actual people, not giant corporations, Kevin Guerrero treats all of his clients as if they were family (sometimes they are!)—vigorously advocating his clients’ causes and leaving no stone unturned.
Kevin began his scholastic journey at Florida International University. At FIU, Kevin studied criminal justice and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors degree. Following FIU, Kevin attended St. Thomas University School of Law. During Kevin’s first year in law school, Kevin finished seventh (7th) overall. With a high rank, Kevin transferred to the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Kevin took the Florida Bar in July of 2017 and passed on his first attempt.
Since 2017, Kevin has been working in the highly litigious insurance field. In his first year as a practicing attorney, Kevin worked for a local firm representing the interests of a national insurance company. This is where Kevin “cut his teeth,” learning from experienced attorneys and getting insider information on the insurance mentality. Since 2018, Kevin switched sides and has represented actual individuals—people just like Kevin that have suffered harm due to the negligence of others and/or predatorial tactics of insurance companies.
Specifically, since 2018, Kevin has represented individuals who have suffered personal injuries in car accidents, boating accident, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and products liability. Additionally, Kevin has secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in insurance money for property owners that have incurred losses on their properties. Finally, Kevin continues to practice in the PIP field, helping medical providers receive proper compensation for services provided to victims of car accidents. When all is said and done, Kevin has invested all of his professional legal career in learning the ins and outs of the insurance world.
